You're clearly not a big chain hotel which is not a bad thing. This is a very good local hotel with good rooms, excellent service and friendly staff that is willing to make the extra step. The restaurant comes with high recommendation, good meals, local dishes and a very good price level. This hotel comes with a high recommendation.

Very pleasant stay in a perfectly comfortable, well appointed room that was spotlessly clean. Good food, though I think it wise to warn foreigners exactly what is Trinxha (or whatever the spelling is) of pork. I ordered it thinking I was getting a pork chop and was quite put off by what I got - pigs feet. I didn't eat a bite. As for the 8 for Services - we would have appreciated wifi in our room. As for the 7 for location, it's more built up than one would expect when contemplating a "renovated farm house" - and the construction on two sides doesn't help. Anne Dewez

Habitación amplia y tranquila. dormimos muy bien. Hotel ideal para los participantes de la terra de remences. El horario del desayuno se adapta a las necesidades de los deportistas.

Que la dirección del hotel no tenga prevista la necesidad de que los participantes de la marcha ciclorurista puedan dejar la habitación unas horas más tarde para poder ducharse y asearse.

La Disposición, en todos los sentidos, de las habitaciones.

Deben de mejorar el servicio del Comedor. En la cena, el tiempo de servicio fue muy lento y el recinto mantenia una temperatura muy elevada.

La lentitud en el servicio de restaurante. No es aceptable que para el desarrollo de una comida normal se necesiten 2h, ni siquiera en vacaciones, ya que no es adecuado ni saludable permanecer sentado tanto tiempo . Esto es un aspecto importante que se habría de mejorar. Por otro lado, también destacaría la lentitud del personal en el desayuno, tanto para limpieza de mesas vacías como para reponer la comida agotada.

La ubicacio i la neteja. El que menys ens va agradar es que no hi ha raspalls de dents. Tampoc hi ha el numero de recepcio x trucar des de l'habitació i a la carta de begudes de l'habitacio falten els preus. Tot el demés molt bé
